Mango Ripening Instructions

Thank you for purchasing mangoes from our store! We hope you enjoy them as much as we
cherish growing them with love and dedication.

Please note that Florida’s humidity can lead to natural black spots on our mangoes. These spots do not affect the taste or quality and
are safe to consume. Rest assured, our mangoes are cultivated naturally, free from chemical pesticides, and harvested only when they reach their peak maturity on the trees, rather than ripening during transportation. Feel free to contact us if you have any questions or need assistance with any issues.

Here are a few tips for ripening your mangoes, allowing you to savor them to the fullest.
Ripening Tips:
– Keep mangoes in their original box.
– Cover with a cotton cloth or napkin.
– Store at room temperature (70–80°F). Avoid garages, as heat can spoil the flavor.
– Once they begin to soften and emit a strong aroma, they’re ready to eat!

After ripening, you can refrigerate them to extend their shelf life by a few days.

Color Isn’t Everything: Some varieties (like Mallika, Kesar, Carrie, Valencia Pride etc.) stay green even when ripe. Always
rely on feel and smell.
