I had a little glitch with my sugar cane. And the bag that held the sugar cane was torn during shipping. So that could be why. I emailed them and (I’m terrible with checking emails ) but they got right back to me and on their dime they fixed it. Shipped another one out asap. My grandson was having major knee surgery and I got this for a surprise. He loves sugar cane and we used to get them for 5.00 each at the store. They don’t have that anymore and haven’t for years. Now my grandson is very happy. And spoiled I might add. Lol. Ty th Ty for being a great company.

I can’t say enough good things about this shop! My first box of mangoes showed up a little overripe (thanks to some USPS delays and this crazy summer heat), but honestly, what blew me away was the customer service. Supriya, who helped me out, was just amazing—so friendly, quick to respond, and genuinely caring. She immediately sent me another set of mangoes, no questions asked, and made the whole situation feel stress-free. Shipping fresh fruit isn’t easy, especially this time of year, but the way they handled everything was exceptional. And the mangoes? Absolutely delicious—and they have such a cool variety that I can’t wait to try more. This experience really showed me how much they care about their customers, and it makes me excited to keep ordering from them for years to come. Highly recommend if you’re a mango lover! 🍋🥭

And although it was my error, she offered to refund me half of my money back and told me to keep the mangoes which I told her I’d return but she said they would not do well being repackaged and returned. So very excellent service. Thank you
